I decided to see how far i've come in the past year regarding digital art, and I figured re-vamping an older piece would be the best way...While looking through my gallery I wanted to take something that had alot to gain from receving a "re-draw". Out of everything i've done I felt like my "Day,Night, and Twilight" could use it the most, since many people liked the concept I had but felt like my execution was lacking.(in terms of technique)
So this is the comparison between the two, the newest one was finished around a year after the original.
I tried to keep it as close to the original one as I could, while making it something new in itself.

I think both versions are pretty good actually, even if the redraw is more refined.

I see what you mean, I spent a lot more time on the original one than the most recent version, so I didn't expect it to completley blow the previous one out of the water.
