She is really old one..... designed about 9-10 years ago, maybe.....But I stop drawing and talking about her....
because I don't use her in any project anymore.
"Poppy" is a fairy of opium...
She doesn't appear with her flower Poppy, but appears with glowing butterflies that are a symbol of illusion and unreal.
1 layer for lineart,
1 layer for coloring the character,
1 layer for coloring the background and butterflies,
and more than 10 layers.... for the effects. LOL !!!

That's a lot of effects in play o-o But nicely spaced out and played out.
