I made this drawing during the debate in the National Assembly on the potential ban on conversion therapy in France.
The law was promulgated on January 31, 2022, thanks to the efforts of many activists, in particular the collective "Rien à guérir" (Nothing to change/heal)

"Practices, behaviors or repeated remarks aimed at modifying or repressing the sexual orientation or the gender identity, real or supposed, of a person and having the effect of altering his physical or mental health are now punished two years in prison and a fine of 30,000 euros."

It has been a huge victory in he fight against queerphobia, but a lot of people need help in other countries. We will continue the fight for our freedom, our right to live and to love.
