Gendry, Sansa, Lyanna, Gendry and Arya, Gendry, and Arya.Bascially all of my favorite people. Basically Gendry.
I actually get this pain in my heart when I think about Arya or Gendry never seeing each other again, or not ending up together. I don't know what I will do. I just don't. I'm writing a short fanfiction piece about Gendry at Winterfell as a smith while everyone still thinks Arya died at the Red Wedding or on the Kingsroad or at Baelor's Sept, and Sansa is Queen in the North and they all slowly find out that Gendry was Arya's best friend and that she was alive after Ned's beheading and I'm rambling.
In AFFC, Brienne describes Gendry as always being angry, and I think he's angry at himself for letting Arya go, so thats why he looks pissy. and then he looks sad.

OH THE FEELS.
I'm rather new to the GoT/ASoIaF fandoms (like 2 weeks, just finished watching the second season an hour ago!) BUT, from the get-go, from the very MOMENT I saw these two together, I was like MUSTHAPPEN.
While I pine over Jon Snow, Gendry and Arya MUST get together. It's my head-canon now, and I cannot deny the head-canon.
These are so pretty, and I am off to read your fan-fic!

well they're grown up here. I ship them as friends when theyre young and as romantic partners when they're older. It's only about a 6 year age difference.

I never thought much about Gendry, idk, I always think of Arya as a "strong independent woman" and any boy she mets is like "meh..." but now that you say that about Gendry being angry at himself... *my creys*
I -really, really-really love reading other readers opinions, that way I see things from other perspective?

I don't know. I think that even though Arya is wild and sort of damaged after everything that happens to her, she still would look for a companion. Wolves mate for life and all. And gendry, as much as arya is a strong woman, is a strong man. He has his own set of shortcomings and virtues and he and arya have a history together, so if anyone can reach her, he can. She cared about him when no one else save his mother did, and he protected her when she couldnt protect herself, even though she thought she could. I dont know i just LOVE THEM AGH.

Awesome sketches! Although my fave couple is Sansa x Sandor, I like Arya x Gendry too.
