HP DH *spoiler*well facinating idea JK came whit... so mr Snape for head master, i intended to make this a colored painting - actually because all proffesors at hogwarts will get a speciall portrait of them for the next generation - so this is my version of the "lovable" ? severus... lokking a bit severe...

Snape's nose is never described as ugly, only hooked. JKR clearly believes hooked noses to be ugly (she gives them only to unpleasant people), but no one is required to agree with her. If you google for a profile photo of young Dustin Hoffman, you will never think of hooked noses as ugly again.
