Pinsurer (Pin+Parasite+Conjurer) is the evolution of Onvisite ( [link] ).Its old name was Paragler, and here there's also its old design: [link]
He's a Bodyguard PokΓ©mon, and his types are Dark and Bug.
I'll upload the final drawing as soon as possible.

If you want to create circles you can use the Ellipse Tool!

Well, in that case you should use the Brush Tool, but only if you have a drawing tablet, if not your lines will be too raw!

hmmm...can i draw it with pencil first ....scan it and make the line more sharper with pen tool ...after do that...how to vanish the pencil line (so it can still pen line at photoshop pallet^^)

Ok, but if you scan a drawing, by using the pen tool you won't sharpen the line, you will only draw a neat line! The pen tool is not like the Burn or the Sharpen tool!

You can do it, but with the pen tool you'll obtain very neat lines, like these ones.
