I am.I am a voice, muted by doubt.
I am an awkward silence that still has something to say.
I am a friend, will to battle until the end.
I am that small child, wanting to sing for the world.
I am part of Louis Rose playing “Let It Be” as the room sings.
I am a girl who will always believe in happy endings.
I am builder of go-carts, master of the laundry mountain, singer of rhymes.
I am the second, his sister, his only younger annoyance and joy.
I am my mother's hug and my fathers grin.
I am the obeyer of “One... Two... Three...”.
I am the daughter of a rebel who conformed and a rebel loving conformer.
I am an Irish lilt echoing across a battle field.
I am an autumn rain, a coastal kiss.
I am a valley constantly sprinkled with stardust.
I am my Land of the Setting Sun.
I am, me.
