Description
(Character design by Mackoolzie , art is by me!) Meet Gnarly! Shes a ruffian that starts fights with everyone and has a fixation with biting shit, so she's constantly chewing on a bone. She was the runt and only survivor of her litter, which took her mother and her other siblings. Her father resented her for this, and abandoned her. She was taken in by another group of wild dogs, and growing up she was often picked on and beaten up due to being so small and soft spoken. This was also due to her being from a different family than this group. Her only friend was the youngest daughter of the leaders, Careen, a wild dog around her age. She was the only one who was kind to Gnarly, albeit a bit distant. Around young adulthood, Gnarly admitted to having feelings for her, and Careen responded ambiguously but kindly to this. When the leaders found out about Gnarly's feelings however, they attacked her and forced her out of the pack prematurely, and Gnarly never saw Careen again.
Not knowing any kindness other than Careen's, and angry that she was unable to fight back all her life, Gnarly grew bitter, resentful, and became the person she is now. She continuously picks fights with others, even if they are far stronger than her, and takes things very personally. She fights dirty, and is a whirlwind of bad choices. The only time she seems to not act tough is when she is around people she cares about deeply, which is rare, because people usually avoid her off the bat.
