This is definitely the British Grant version of the American M3 Lee tank. Clearly recognizableΒ due to the round turret.

I believe that's an M-3 Grant, the British variant of the American M-3 Lee tank, used in North Africa. The person above asking about the color scheme may be expressing some concern that the green color is too strong and would not have appeared that way in desert combat. However, nice artwork, though...
