"They never got to know us. Who we really are...we will be missed."Gaara's mom, Karura; Naruto's mom, Kushina; and Sasuke's mom, Mikoto. I find it so sad that Gaara and Naruto never had the opportunity to meet their mothers. And Sasuke, well, he lost his. They all are dead and they all have sons the same age.
I always have a lot of fun envisioning them and their husbands eating dinner together with all three of them pregnant. I really don't know why I like this so much. Karura and Kushina wouldn't have been pregnant at the same time. Karura would have died giving birth to Gaara not too long after Mikoto conceived. But Mikoto and Kushina would have spent a few months pregnant together. That just sounds weird...
Anyways, I love the sparkles in this pic. They were fun to do. And I tried to make the eyes pretty with more detail than I usually put into smaller drawings. Kushina and Karura turned out nicely in my opinion. Mikoto is a little iffy.

no. i wish there was an episode all about the moms. it would make my life. most people don't know about kushina yet. a lot of people don't know that gaara's mom has a name, karura. but most people do know about mikoto because she's in every single on of sasuke's flashback. doesn't mean they know her name though. i'm just slightly obsessed with that, because that has a lot to do with how everyone turns out. not much is known about karura's personality, and kushina is pretty much an enigma.

kushina is very prety and so is sasukes mom,i never new sasukes moms name,lol,and thats like my fav show,nor did i know gaaras moms name thankx for telling me!from what ive heard about karura she seems sort of mean,i thought she didint really like gaara?

ok. karura is sort of complex. at least i'd like to think that she is. i mean honestly, if you think about it, she was used. she had two children. normal, average, probably uncomplicated pregnancies. i like to blame the kaz for the whole mess. he was the one who decided to but the demon in gaara. so while karura was pregnant with gaara, they put the demon in her. when gaara was born, i'm sure it was a bloody mess. she was giving birth to a demon and it probably ripped her apart from the inside out. so she was dying, used as a sacrifice to create a weapon for the village. and i'd imagine she resented that she was going to die for it. so she cursed everything. hoping the village would be destroyed and that the demon she had been made to bear would do it.
dunno though. i'd really love to see into the parent's relationships. i've been thinking about writing some fanfics for them, but i dunno. they won't be popular at all, and then i'll be sad.

i don't know if i hate him. he was a very militaristic man. and he was trying to see to the safety of his village, he just wasn't compassionate about it. he's also attractive, so...yeah...
