I hate roses after drawing this one. I had like three different ref pictures and I had to erase the bloody thing like five times because it looked like a raped origami instead of a rose D:
Plus, when I draw realistic stuff, I always have one ref picture. This time I had like ten different pictures (of roses, hands, paintbrushes..) and I had to mix them all and make a drawing out of that mess. HARD WORK. Me is tired.

But I reckon it was worth it because I kinda like this one (eventhough my scanner made it blurry *glares at evil scanner*) And I really wanted to enter the contest.

And yay for my first even-slightly-original drawing xD
