I was showing a buddy an old Venom toy I re-acquired for my collection and he suggested I do a pic based on it. Well here it is. XD
As for what toy, it's the same one that inspired this:

It reminds me of the old Spider-Man Classics Venom that had an issue of Lethal Protector (which was my first comic ever).

I had that toy. It came with the last issue of Venom: Lethal Protector thrown in for free. Somehow I still feel like I was overcharged for it.

I found mine at an antique shop back in 2002.
....this was also the toy that influenced a LOT of the erotic slime bondage I've done.
