I like this photo, mainly because of the model posture (especially the angle between the arm) and the elements that you included in your hand. The lighting gives a more intimate aspect
I like the frame, but I'd cut a little more in the bottom, just above the navel, but is fine like you posted.
The only thing to improve is the focus of the image, I find it slightly blurry, but perhaps it's my impression.
