if you dont my asking, how did you get the watery effect on his body/hair/ face? is it white paint or did you leave those parts white? i was always curious how those highlights were done

hmmm just add white paint then kinda blend the edges..or at some point u dont have too cause it blends with the color underneath the white then add soem shadows depends on the direction of light
