I can't get myself to like either of them ever since the Run Ishida Night Warriors manga series. At the end, when Donovan gets his sword, Anita grabs Morrigan with her telekinetic powers as she tries to get away, and Donovan uses the sword to kill her. Now I dislike them both...lol.

Donovan has a hate on for her because the first 2 times he attacked her, she whipped his butt. She showed compassion for him because he was weak, so he wanted to avenge his humiliation by using the swords' power on her. The reason the sword came to him was it sensed his hatred of her and knew he'd be a good pawn. When the sword manifested, Morrigan tried to get away, but Anita snagged her and dragged her back to the ground so Donovan could slice her. It was pretty intense...Run Ishida's a powerful writer.

I'd LOVE it! I'm a Morrigan fan rather than a Darkstalkers fan, but anything with a connection to her has my interest. As for the Run Ishida manga, give e-bay a try, looking for the trade paperback (graphic novel) Night Warriors: Darkstalkers Revenge. The original comics are exceedingly rare, but the compilation can be picked up for pretty cheap, and is astonishingly well done.

the Manga is very funny , drawings are amazings and cute( Talbain and Raptor rocks!!)
this really is the best 'Darkstalkers' adaptation that I ever seen!

...Actually I ordered the Run Ishida 'Graphic novel'... I think ( and hope !) that this's a compilation on the complete serie ( 160 pages?)
I also noticed that the new Udon 's "Night warriors" compilation is allready aviable ( ordered too!)

Most likely. I recently got sent a link to the extended trailer for Marvel vs Capcom 3 and it's nothing short of dazzling. Morrigan looks better than I'd have dared to dream.

So long as it's got Chun Li and Morrigan, I'm in, even if it means buying a new console to play it on. The only thing that could make it more awesome is if it had Black Cat and/or Ms. Marvel on the Marvel side.

LOL! I can SO relate.....I bought the Chaos Tower game several years before the price of the PSP dropped to what I was willing to pay. Strange, but while the consoles seem to be readily available long after the next generations of systems come on the market, the games themselves have a tendency to become scarce, so it's best to snatch them up early.

Well, I bought Darkstalkers and Darkstalkers 3 on Playstation, Capcom Fighting Jam for PS2 and DS Chaos Tower on PSP... But I never bought the machines to play them! ( owever I could play the MAME and Dreamcast versions^w^)and I still looking for Sega Saturn Vampire Hunter in brocantes!
These kind of games are use to be rare because they don't have a big commercial impact even if they reach a great popularity for a few fans( like Megaman X and ZX; Castelvania or Metalslug games), The best is to catch 'em when You can, it's still valuable!
