[edit]: without realizing it I made the other part of this picture here [link] that i know everyone has been dying to see. don't think i don't know you all have been wanting to see what was happening up above their romantic feet!
3000 pageviews! Thank you my fellow Zutara lovers! This is for you!
Last night I was thinking maybe I should think about a thank you piece for when I hit 3000, then I see that it hit me today! So I had to stop what I was doing cause I wanted to show you all some love! It means so much to me that so many people get a smile from what I do and I love getting little comments from my fellow Zutarans.
So I did this quite literally spur of the moment, it took no more than an hour, but I wanted to keep it simple and even a bit messy.
Tried for a sepia look, but put color in for Katara's necklace. I wasnt going to paint Zuko's scar (sometimes I feel bad for constantly using that side of his face and making his scar somewhat of a trademark) but I realized there needed to be color to balance the blue and it was the only way to identify them when its just their mouths and necks.
Thank you again, everyone. Your comments and favs always brighten up my day, so here's a little something to brighten yours.

well i like kataang too. here's how i look at it. both a legit relationships i think but for different reasons. granted the hero and heroine getting together in the end is bland and expected. katara is a much more mature concept, they balance each other, they had that 'i hate you' chemistry etc. i find i like kataang when portrayed years later when aang is older, so it doesnt seem so weird to me. aang is 13, who has a serious relationship at 13? plus i think katara needs someone a little dark to balance out her bright happy attitude haha.

aw, tell merelis hi for me too. i saw her at school a week back or so walking with her sister.
anyway, nothing really new. just working on my books as always. i sent out a few query letters to agents and even got a really fast reply, though it was a no. i'm doing drawing this semester with a really fun theme, i think you'll like it when you see them. taking astronomy, psychology, and science fiction. scifi is fun, we watch the twilight zone on thursdays. hehe.
OMG i got a laser pen to play with the cats, they go apeshit! i needed a way to exercise calypso, mandy made her fat. i left for two weeks this summer and mandy just kept their food FILLED (and i'd just put them on a new REALLY nutrisious food, meaning fattening haha). so yeah.

Mando and I just moved most of our junk into the house, bought a dresser. Its nice. OH and I'm flying next month to NY to go see Betsy and we're going to go visit my Dad in denver! Im soooo excited. I'm trying to save all I can that way I can get ppl things when I'm over there.
