The Ace of Pentacles represents a new opportunity, manifestation, and/or abundance. The artist represented here by their OC has an abundance of wonderful undies art. Can you guess this character? I've drawn them before, though, they were wearing different panties at the time. Inverted it can also mean a lost opportunity, a lack of planning or a lack of foresight.

The Ace of Pentacles depicts a hand emerging from the clouds, much like the Aces of the other suits. A large coin has been passed from the hand into the pocket of a certain someone. The coin is freely available to whoever has the pocketspace to take it. It symbolic of a new opportunity, often associated with wealth, now being placed into the pocket of one's pants. Be careful though, as the hand "gently" forces the coin into the all too small pocket, purely by accident, the pants attached to said pocket are being forced down as a result. Whether it was by virtue of weight of the coin, or the hand pushing it down, we now can see some cute lil' puppy prints covering a cute, round tushy.
What little bits of the verdant landscape we can see in the background shows an archway, perhaps exiting this garden setting. This landscape symbolizes the future abundance that the coin will bring. Investment even. Perhaps they should invest in a belt. But I don't think we care about that all too much right now. Look! Pink Pupper Panties!
