Okay so I’ve been talking a lot about my origin TDK!Joker and Harley story a lot lately on my personal tumblr blog cupidbabyofcrime :
Unique Headcanons? (List one to five)
The whole popular cheerleader high school Harley is my biggest head canon. I think she was totally the kind of person who got along well with everyone and made herself out to be an airhead, when in reality that’s just one side of her. She probably definitely had some quirkiness to her.
For TDK!Joker, I have this whole AU of Jack Napier and Harley Quinzel in high school where Jack was a heavily suppressed kid with an alcoholic father and avoidant personality disordered mother. Jack is heavily bullied and eventually due to the school’s zero tolerance policy on fights gets expelled, sent off to military school, and gets major veteran’s PTSD after a variety of incidents (including a shrapnel-caused glassglow grin), becoming the Joker on his return. Harley was the only girl who was really nice to him, and they formed a fast friendship because they were both pretty weird.
clowndaddyofcrime has done a fun Jack cosplay before (I’ll post pics if anyone is interested) that I based Jack’s look off of.
Really excited to have finally drawn these two!
