~Dual-Lanterned Child~Milly
Species: Human
Ability: To dual-wield lanterns
A human child who is excited to take part in the festivities.
This is the first year she's been allowed to participate, and she has snuck away from
her family in order to participate in the tournament that has taken the festival by
storm. Naturally, her parents are highly worried about where she must've disappeared
to.
Nobody knows where she obtained the second lantern from. Either she took it from
her family, some passerby, or somehow had the money to purchase it. Nevertheless,
she makes the most of both lanterns.
This is the true spirit of the festival.
