No, not really.
It was a quote from The Joker and I'm continuing on the quote in the deviation.
"Introduce a little anarchy, upset the established order, and everything becomes chaos. I'm an agent of Chaos"
While I'm on the subject, What the Joker says in the movie really hits home.
"See, their morals, their code: it's a bad joke. They're dropped at the first sign of trouble. They're only as good as the world allows them to be. I'll show you. When the chips are down, these, uhβ¦civilized people, they'll eat each other."
It's true. Look at what happened during both Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Ike and damn near any natural disaster. Looting, Raping, and violence on the streets. When something like that happens, Self-Preservation kicks in. He speaks the truth.

And I agree, he does speak the truth... but he also mixes lies with the truth. Human nature can be a terrible thing... but it also has its decent qualities.

Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly what brush set it was. I remember the creator, Metal-CX (icon is above in the description). I believe it was one of his "grunge n' rust" collections.

Thanks... I wasn't too sure about the background, it took some time for me to learn to accept that which I cannot change... then I realized it's photoshop and I put in the current background and liked it so much more
