I almost hate to post this, the quality's so bad but it's the only photo I have of Jinxx with the violin. The first thing I learned how to play was the violin, and I'm a huge sucker for rock music that incorporates string arrangements.On the plus side, I think I've finally figured out what I'm doing wrong with vibrato...

Well, acoustic technically but its like a guitar in that if you are capable of playing one version you can play the other.
I almost bought one once. I found it in a tiny music shop in a small town in Georgia and it was gorgeos and amazing and a reasonable price... but unfortunately it had some rusting around the battery casing and inputs and the sound coming through the amp had a significant amount of white noise and feedback when I tried it out.
Between the technical issues and the fact that we couldn't find a brand name on it (and the shop owner didn't know either) I ended up not purchasing it due to general sketchiness. It was a sad day.
