So I wanted to test out one of the animated background things I made and Lugia has got to be one of my favorite Pokemon. I like how this one turned out ^^Note: There appears to be a few splotches of corrupted pixels around the fringe of the picture. I'm trying to fix it but I can't find anything on my editing software. It's turning out to be a bit of a head scratcher....
