2024 note: A decade after being cancelled, the City of Heroes MMO is officially live again. Well, it's been unofficial for a few years - but the company that owns it finally gave the private server Homecoming a legit legal license. So... moving this out of scraps.This is a custom login screen for the game 'City of Heroes'.
