GENERAL
Name: Mud warmed by the sun
Nickname: Mud
Meaning: Mud is for his molted brown and chocolate colors. His name was also inspired by his bright warm yellow eyes, which reminded his parents of the sun. When he was born, there had been a cold rain shower, but the sun barely managed to crawl back into the sky and warm the earth back up. Together his parents created his name, Mud warmed by the sun, seeing how it fit his appearance perfectly and from what they saw nearby that day.

Age: 0-8 Moons

IDENTITY
Appearance: Mottled brown and orange taking after his mother, Puddle. He has cinnamon and chocolate colors, but they are ever so slightly destaturated when compared to Puddle. Following with her genetics even further, Mud has short rounded ears, but displays more of a rounded tail like his other parent, Water that shimmers at night. Mud also has off-white, cream colored markings on his chin, brows, tail, and underbelly -pulling genetics from Water's white markings a bit.

Personality:

*His personality is very likely subject to change, he has plenty of growing up to do!

Adventurous: Mud loves to go exploring in all sorts of nooks and crannies. He seeks the unknown constantly; always wanting to travel farther from the nursery than he's supposed to. Even at a young age, he is very brave and dauntless. He loves to face challenges so that he can overachieve them.

Aspiring: Despite his young age, Mud aspires to be great. He wants to grow up strong and be the best. -Not only the best he can be, but the best out of everyone else. He looks forward to having authority. He is very opinionated, so he looks forward to a time where his opinions will actually have some weight on those around him. -But for now, he'll just squeak out how he feels constantly, desperately wanting to be heard.

Reactive: Mud is not mellow in the slightest. He is very high energy and his emotions are up and down. If he doesn't like something, you'll hear about it. And vice versa. He doesn't have control over his emotions yet, so a lot of times when he's furious, he'll also cry. Other kits simply see this as being hot-headed (which it basically is), but it explains how he handles most situations.

Stubborn: He is very difficult. Being a kit as opinionated and wild as he is, a stubborn attitude only makes matters worse. He refuses to have something not go his way. He thinks his point of view is the best (and sometimes the only point of view) and will not listen to any others. It takes plenty of patience to handle Mud and help his understand something without him getting boiled up in his own ways.

Troublesome: Mud likes to nag, and is quite pesky. He has the bad habit of sticking his nose where it shouldn't be. He always is getting himself into trouble in some way, shape or form. His curiosity is maddening, mixed with his need to explore makes for a dangerous combo. Out of all the kits in the nursery, Mud is the one who gets in trouble the most. Other kits tend to use this to their advantage, and sometimes toss the blame on him.

Aggressive: Mud is hot headed. He's not afraid to stand up and start a little scrappy fight if it feels necessary. He's tough and strong for his age, so he tends to take play fighting way too far. He doesn't understand how to channel his boiled emotions into something better than aggression. Mud is seen as very grumpy to the other kits, his rough-n-tough attitude on things makes other kits very wary of him.

HISTORY
Kithood:
Mud warmed by the sun was born to Puddle after rain and Water that shimmers at night; two seemingly very different in nature. Despite this, the two formed to create a wonderful parent duo and bring Mud into the world. From a very early start, it was obvious Mud warmed by the sun would be a handful. His reckless, rambunctious attitude had him on his paws in no time, and yearning to leave the confines of the nursery. Puddle and Water fussed over him, but their stories about the world and all the things one could learn always managed to make Mud settle back down. With so much life to still live, Mud always pushes further each day to explore where he has not. His wild behavior makes him a bit intimidating to the other kits, but those that do manage to keep up, he enjoys their company.
