Well, I started to draw this when the biggest Riley nerd I know ~Crell started ranting and spazzing about how Riley was going to show up in the next Pokemon DP episode 110...I hope you like it... although I don't know much about Riley... but I found quite a few pictures with him and his arms crossed, so I decided to as well... XD
Coloured with copic sketch markers... Enjoy and please tell me if you like it or not (and what i need to improve on XD)
