Well, I have coloured the sketch that I've submitted yesterday, although I should learn something for a Test <_<" ...never mind...Yes, a Fanart to the Game Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles. I like the Game even though very many people seemed to hate it ^^"
The shown Charakter is the Clavat, who I'm playing (I gave him the Name Morgan (: ) and meantime I adore him xD
The sketch was inked and coloured in openCanvas 4+

how come I couldn't find anybody who liked or did fanart of FFCC when I search for it, but I find it while looking up other things? I officially love you for making artwork on here! I need to rally step up my game and post some of my FFCC works.

This reminds me of that one village/fight area named Tida Village that always made me really sad.
It was the one where the crystal had lost its light, and a caravan was dispatched to find more Myrrh, (sacred light from glowing trees) but never returned. The people kept waiting for it to come back, but it didn't. They waited and waited, but the light only continued to die more. Eventually, the Miasma (poison air) and monsters destroyed the town and its people. And the sun never shined once.
Iroicly, the village was once called the sunniest place on Earth.
...Sorry for being depressing.

i dont know why people hated this game, its the only final fantasy i like. Its the only one that isnt exactly the same as the other 12 games

Uhm, the short version oft the Story is; search for a special magic water to safe your village.
The title of the picture does'nt deal with the Game itself (; ...it's just a song by the Band "a-ha". I've choosen it, becaise I've listen to that song while drawing a lot.

Auch wenn mich der Titel nochimmer irritiert, denn dieses never mit zweiter Zeitangabe scheint paradox, aber ich lass es dir mal durchgehen ist ja dein Titel
Jaaa ich lieeebe dieses Bild und das nicht nur weil ich jedesmal das Wasser rauschen und tröpfeln höre wenn ich es mir anschaue, sondern weil ich es absolut nachfühlen kann wie er sich fühlt der arme Kerl. Das Verdeckte und das er uns den Rücken zuwendet finde ich hier besonders eindrucksvoll und überzeugend, da wir wahrlich schon genügend schmerzverzerrte Gesichter gesehen haben hier auf devart... Nein, du lässt es dem beobachter sich seinen teil zu denken, nur der Regen impliziert seine Stimmung, nimmt diese sozusagen vorweg das gefällt mir. Die Gestik spricht für sich und er scheint sich mit dem Regen auflösen zu wollen, wenn er denn könnte, so habe ich es jedenfalls gefühlt.. ach schnüff ich könnte immer wieder nur dasitzen und es ansehn.. und ich tu das auch.. zugegeben.

I am still a FFCC Freak...(means: I still play it every day, just for fun!).
My fav race are the Liltys, but since I started my oneplayer-save as a Clavat I found some love for them too. It´s cool, that I am not alone with beeing such a maniac, that I started writing a whole story about my village that I named Mira. Maybe I´ll be able to add some handdrawn FFCC pics soon. At the moment it is just one crappy scretch that will be watched by no one, because most people doesn´t even know what´s a scratch.
Is he hurt? I can´t see it, but he seems to be hurt very badly, even if I don´t see any blood form this angle. The rain is gogerous... It´s seems to be almost real. I suck at backgrounds, so I am nearly envious. And I love the colours... even if it makes me sad, that he lies alone in the rain. Where is Mogu? Where are his friends?!

I kinda' like how the land seems to fade off into darkness, it intensifies the sorrowful feeling I'm getting from the work. As if he's cut off and alone. Poor guy. I think he needs a hug.
I really wish I could color and CG like that. T_T But I've really no talent for it. Suppose my characters will go un-coloured. Unless I get off meh ass and actually pick up some coloured-pencils.

Oooh, awww. T_T How sad. Even the title. However this is such an amazing piece and I love it a lot. The coloring is especially pretty. And I like Crystal Chronicles too, I was squeeling really loud when they showed the preview for it at the movie theater so long ago...it's been a while since I played.

The character is drawn and colored very well. I am still in love with your awesome coloring skillz. *_* The rain seems to be a bit sharp, and there's not a very defined horizon, so it looks like the ground is floating in the sky. o_O Which does look cool. *_* And question... Is the ground supposed to be really muddy and wet? Because it looks like it..... And if it IS, then maybe you'd want to add some mud to his clothing. Otherwise, GREAT JOB! I love it!

Thanks for the nice comment (: Yes, the Grund should be wet, but not really muddy (if it was, there would'nt be puddles, because the earth has soaked it up ...Oo I think... but your idea is pretty good. If I Draw something like this again, I'll transform the Charater into a mud- monster muhahahaha! XD .... please ignore me)
