As for nicknames..hmmm (You're more than fre to suggest your ideas!)
Yami would probably stay with the regular "Kaiba" (but a more fun version would be naming him "Duel Me, Yugi!" to see this on screen each time Kaiba calls..which is..the topic of the call anyway
I won't be surprised if Kaiba would name Yami "The one who holds MY duel king title" or something of that sort
