Some of the Charlie Bone series cast! I couldn't manage to get in all of them though....
From left to right, top to bottom:
Asa Pike, Idith and Inez Branko, Joshua Tilpin, Billy Raven (holding Rembrandt),
Manfred Bloor, Dagbert Endless, Emma Tolly,
Charlie Bone, Lysander Sage, Tancred Torsson, the Flames.

Gorgeous! I love Emma, and Billy, but where is Olivia and Fidelio? They are my favorite characters. I really like everyone in this picture! Very pretty!

Lol, I saw this for the first time long before I got a da account, while I was still reading this series; in fact, I saw this before Dagbert was introduced. Therefore, when he was, I imagined him the way you drew him

Books 1-5 were AWESOME! Why didn't it end there . . .? Like, normally I would be all, "What about this plot thread? Or this one? I really wanted to know more on this." But seeing as how the sixth book went onward, it may as well been a whole other story. The quality of the first five was:
1) Great
2) Okay
3) Meh
4) Okay
5) Awesome!

Haha, to be honest since I haven't read the books in a while, the whole series seems like just one big continuous story in my mind. Like there's no clear distinction between the books.
ANYWAY. I didn't actually mind the last three O_O They seemed okay to me, 'cept I wish the last one was more...... I dunno, spectacular

I think #5 had that spectacular ending. Jenny Nimmo actually isn't that great of a writer. I was very disappointed *sads*

No, but I was on a high from reading it in freshman year (I was only 13) and I saw sometime around there that my school picked up another book she wrote, being Griffin's Castle. I . . . it was horrible. I mean, as mean as it is to say, at least Twilight filled in plot holes with crap. But at least they were filled in (mostly). Nimmo started off with this girl trying to save the house from being torn down, and then we jump all over the map. The evil boyfriend her mother has, the people who live in the basement, the kids at school; okay, that could be put together in a decent plot and story of saving this old home. No~, now let's add special magic stuff for absolutely no explanation where the girl can call invisible creatures to her house and they protect her, but now she also can't leave. Well THEN, let's include a magical cat, because that hasn't been done to death already. And THEN the girl just leaves. No kidding, she just ups and leaves. You never see the evil boyfriend again, never have any solid relationship with the two boys from school, never see the family under the stairs again, never explain why these animals come to the house, completely forget the goal of saving the house . . .
I seriously believe that just because it is made for kids doesn't mean anything. You can still have a great book that is still alright for kids and be enjoyable by everyone other than the literate-impaired. I still enjoy reading the first and fifth books of Charlie Bone because they were the best out of the series, and while they were for kids are still enticing to read, the others were a mess. There is no point to the second book, that entire story was filler, the third is close to that, but even more disappointing because we have two new baddies, and both disappear within books 3 and 4. We never even get to see the REAL power they posses. Book 4 was meh, nice that it focused on Olivia and adding her to the endowed was clever, but also the characters were too immature for their age.

Well i've always had a hard time picturing Dagbert only him. He's one of my fav chacracters but i could never picture him perfectly what i plan to do is put put Dagbert in his own frame and have waves behind him

Well i love it, and what makes me laugh is me and my friend actually had a debate about whihc on is dagber to on the cover of Wilderness Wolf, i said it was the on in the lower right hand corner surround by water
