Seth
Can be hard to convince but if he has personal stakes he will debate it for a looooong time before making a decision.

Kairi
Difficult to convince, but only because she wants to hear out the full story before she makes a decision.

Kamlai
Difficult to convince, but if a friend is going along for the ride, or if there’s personal stakes involved she will be easier to persuade.

Hazel
Gullible and gung-ho af. She will do anything

Marcus
If you’re genuine or you have the right things to persuade him (helping people out, having a bit of fun) he is easy to convince. Otherwise he’s fairly perceptive of people putting on airs and misdirection.

Jovana
She’s mostly just doing things for herself, but she also can’t say no to people. It won’t take much to get her to do something if its in her capacity to help.

Griffin

Very easy! Still has his times of being stubborn, but as long as you don’t give up immediately, you shouldn’t have much of a struggle. What you’re persuading him to do does have some effect on whether he’ll give in or not— if he genuinely cannot handle doing something, he won’t give in and will instead just completely shut down if you keep pushing him, but if it’s things he is actually capable of doing but just stubbornly refusing to for one reason or another, he’s pretty quick to giving in.

Probably a bit more stubborn when he was younger, but not by much? Even without the guilt of “being selfish” that was caused by his healer training, he’s a big people-pleaser and willing to push himself through less-than-ideal situations if it means people will like him.

Zeloph: I guess it is somewhat difficult depending on the situation as he can be quite hesitant and skeptical. However his curiosity often gets the better of him and will agree to something just to see the outcome or where it will lead.

Lylas
Hmm.... It depends a lot on who you are, what he thinks of you, what it is you're trying to convince him of and what you're looking for out of him. Closer people he's much easier to get to play along, but if he doesn't think you're Worth It enough there's quite a few hoops to jump through as well as a significant difference in the effort he outputs. Not particularly inclined to argue against you, but... if not well enough convinced he's just dead weight. Will be Impressed if you tricked him... but same trick won't work twice.

Charis
She's not too hard to convince as long as you don't sound like you're tricking her and it makes sense to her. (Especially if it sounds like you need help, throws logic out the window) Just uh... careful if you are tricking her... you walk upon the thinnest eggshells...

Naevys: depends on circumstances and the way one speaks. She tries to keep and open mind and empathize with the other's point of view, but arguments backed with facts and/or a strong reasoning are more likely to win her over. Still, whether she will be supporting it is a matter of if it will be appropriate to do so.

Allie: fairly easy to persuade if one sounds convincing by her standards (and they are pretty low), but will stubbornly resist if it is something she feels strongly about or is unwilling to do.

Yue: depends on her relationship with the other party. Strangers and disliked personages will have a hard time persuading her, but the task will be a bit easier the more she trusts you. Will ultimately refer to her own judgement on what to do/believe.

Eir: Only people close to her, that she trusts, have an easier time of persuading her to do something. Otherwise, she will absolutely not do something that goes against her values or comfort zone. And she can't be persuaded to help a person who harbors ill-intent.

Lleu: Fairly difficult, though if someone presents a compelling argument that seems logical enough and aligns with his interests, then it's possible.

Nikko: relatively easy, as long as there's supporting logic! he is also easily guilt-tripped into doing actions if necessary. a general pushover who will grumble internally and question why he's doing said action but will go through it anyways.

Rayne: relatively stubborn in comparison. he's very much "my way or the highway" and incredibly direct and confrontational in his responses, but if given a good enough reason he'll acquiesce.

Felix: prone to ad hominems, rather stiff in general. will take a while to digest an argument and go "...oh...". if the request is from a loved one, he'll do it lickety-split.

Spencer: Quite difficult-- I think Spencer is pretty stubborn. Depending on the person of course-- he's surprisingly okay with doing as he's told if it's coming from a commanding officer or position of superiority that even his pride can't refute lol... but if it's from someone he considers inferior or his equal, he won't change his mind for the world.
Balthazar: I think if it's a reasonable argument Balthazar is pretty easily persuaded. He's open minded and willing to listen, and wants to avoid conflict that comes with being stubborn.
Lars: Lars is even easier to persuade, since he wants to please.
Elise: Elise is a bit hard to persuade, but not impossible. She's a little more childish in her stubbornness, but in the same vein you can treat it like a child's tantrum and either scold her into submission or appease her to persuade her.
Walter: He's not easy to persuade, but he's not unreasonable either.
Tatiana: Same as Walter. As long as you can give her very good reasons, she's willing to change her mind-- but they have to be very very good reasons....
Thyme: She's pretty much impossible to persuade to think otherwise once she's set her mind in a certain way, but she's quite good at pretending as if she has been persuaded if it's to her benefit to do so.

Caleb: "Get ready to use facts and logic against one of the fiercest ex-student in the debate class" is the impression you'd get but as long as your request is reasonable he'll be like "oh ok" LOL

Nora: The kind of person you'd think would be malleable but she's kinda stubborn... a little bit less now that she's in a position of authority and has to compromise

Blue: Very easy

Elen: It's not easy, but as long as any case is made with support. She's more steadfast when it comes to her core beliefs, but most other things she tries to be ready for what comes at her.

Xander: The most difficult task. He asks tens of questions, and always makes a point to let his disdain bleed through. You practically have to back him into a corner before he agrees, unless it's something involving his sister.

Aya: Pretty simple. She always wants to make people happy, and she'll do her best to work with it as long as it doesn't go against her job.

Fen: Just say the word, she's on it.

Tilia: Stubborn as a mule, but not as much as she was before this mess happened

Audrey: Is always open to compromise, but certain ideologies and beliefs she'll refuse to budge on.

Sarifee: As long as she feels like she's not being suckered into anything, she's not too difficult to persuade

Virsche: Push Over Model, she's only just learning to stand her ground

Yunaly: Queen of I-Know-Better-Than-You; she's only ever persuaded by people that has her trust and respect

Cecile: Goes with the flow~

Dahlia: Deceptively stubborn; she'll make anyone trying to persuade her feel like they're getting their way until she turns the tables on them with hard cold rejection

Sarain: Fairly malleable if it's something she doesn't really care about; which is most things to be honest. She's flexible, and she can adapt to the situation. She'll probably just shrug go "eh," and follow along anyway, keeping any doubts and reservations to herself.

Mae: Stubborn as a mule, convinced she it right her way and only trial and error can prove her otherwise. Persuasion must take a very subtle form with her, make her think it's her own idea and she'll embrace it.

Turon: A go with the flow kind of guy, it really doesn't take much to persuade him of anything.

Vesper: Is so easily persuaded of things it renders them quite gullible.

Blayne: Depends on what you’re trying to persuade him of--If it’s for a silly little trinket or knicknack he’s sold on getting it immediately even if he doesn’t necessarily need it; if it’s for something more serious, like anything relating to his wedding and/or the wedding date, then he’s a touch harder to convince

Daeris: Very difficult to persuade, though her defenses are significantly weakened against puppy eyed begs CHJFVFK

Uruvion: Depends on what you’re trying to persuade him of too--Like if he tells you to give him one good reason not to kill you right now then you’ve done something to seriously piss him off and he will be near impossible to convince-- (although his defenses, in other situations, are also weakened against puppy eyed looks)

Seoras: She’s about as hard to convince as the next person--Doesn’t take too much to sway her from a bad idea, or sway her from a good one either--She’d rather go with the flow and avoid upsetting any parties

Moriel: She’s so easy to persuade it’s almost laughable JHVDFGVBF--You can convince her of things a little tooeasily because she’s so much of an airhead

Xanxas: He’s a man who likes to stick to his guns, so he’s rather difficult to persuade once he’s set his mind to something

Ryanna: She holds firm to her stances out of pure stubbornness and pride so she’s pretty hard to persuade LOL

Ben-Luke: Almost as laughably easy to persuade as Moriel BFVJGFJ--It does not, however, come from being an airhead, but, like Seoras, it comes from an unwillingness to upset others or draw attention to himself

Ianthe: Don’t even bother trying she’s like a mule HJFVBGKBJG

Gigi: easily swayed by beauty, but she still possesses a nun's Strict Moral Standards...what im saying is if ur cute she might let a few things slide

Oryad:
so easy! amazingly easy! as long as he thinks he is Helping he is sold

Roz:
Difficult bc she will question u like a lawyer if this persuasion involves her doing Work

Bearchan: Puts up a tough front, but is naturally curious and still a bit naive. Drawn in with relative ease

Juli: She likes to listen and hear people out...a classic optimist who believes ppl are inherently good...she is very easy to persuade

Haji:

Andros: Fairly easy with most everything... on things that he doesn't agree with on a fundamental level he tends to run away or keep doing what he wants in the bg tho.

Katherine: Until fairly recently she was deadset in her ways but now she's just... flailing, and very easy to convince or persuade of things.

Owain: A stubborn bastard but one who will only listen and take into account advice and arguments from those he already cares about.

Carine: She's like a brick wall. Stubborn as a mule.

Guen: Difficulty decreases as incentive/payment increases about 90% of the time. The other 10% just have to uh... appeal to her, I guess.

Nina: Do you need help? Yes? She will help. Just look sad.

Edrik: If you can logically persuade him to take action, then he will do it. Not someone who will go against his own moral code, tho.

Tyr: Extremely difficult. Not really the type to help someone just on a whim.

Klaus: Fairly easy (if you are a woman).

Lucrezia: Doesn't like unnecessary conflict, so if being persuaded to do a Thing is the smoother course, she'll be easily won over. However, if someone tries to come along and change her mind when she's already made a decision, she's unlikely to switch gears.

Cassair: Difficult, neither reason nor sentimentality stick. Piquing his interest can be an easy way to make him amenable but this is determined by his mood rather than the persuasion itself.

Javed: Easy. Loves to listen and accommodate, squishy heart will eat up any sob story. Even if he doesn't agree in the end, some part of him always concedes They Could Be Right.

Gwen: Very easy, she believes just about anything. But by the same token, her agreement often doesn't last long before some new, opposing revelation overwrites it.

Jin: She makes it look difficult with her griping, but it's really pretty easy. She's not smart and can't say no to helping someone.

Celestina: More on the difficult side, but it's like sitting an exam rather than hitting a wall. She's open to proposals but needs you to really sell it to her.

Silvan: Stupidly difficult, not even those close to him can do it. He Is Right, All The Time. Very hard to stomach when he's not.

Marise: Difficult because of pride, she'll stick to a bad decision just because she's not ready to admit she was wrong. Her lacking education makes her fairly narrow-minded and unwilling to let go of existing perceptions too.

Sunan: Very hard to change their mind about things they've committed to already, but a very easy 'yeah whatever why not' about everything else.

Rowan: Easy in the sense that they don't have the energy to fight you, so with enough persistence they'll just concede (while making their own judgements internally). For matters that tread on their duty of care though, they're unmovable.

Lainie: Gullible but extremely stubborn. Nothing will budge her from her ideals. If what you want falls within her morals then she's very accommodating, but anything outside that makes her dig in her heels like heck.

Clover: Difficult just because it requires a lot of patience (and a bit of creativity) to get him to trust you enough to listen. It's very easy to cow him into obedience though. Basically carrot is hard but stick is easy.

Rohayu: Threads with caution although given her line of work, any information is useful information. But in retrospect is a pushover especially when someone she trusts is involved

Sergei: Frustratingly obstinate and stands by his calculations. Although if the situation becomes desperate he has no choice but to hear out.

Quentin: Stands stubborn if someone try to convince him to change his ways, but awfully gullible in the pursuit of his interests.

Shui: Susses and threatens with his fireball if you push him, unless you are a Shir-Del adult he is a good boy who complies

Ral: Stubborn in her core beliefs, but if given an incentive she'll probably lend an ear

Lorenzo: Politely tells off that he stands his ground, although trying to change his mind on sensitive topics may potentially incur his wrath

Bran: Absorbs the information he's given and he'll either a) internalizes it to the nth degree b) does nothing

Airez: Depends. If it's about some niche matters that he was interested in, he could be quite stubborn. Otherwise, he would prefer that someone else take the wheel.

Claretta: Stubborn af. She tends to stick to the answers she had in mind, and prefers to do things her way.

Ernest: Easily a pushover.

Navin: He might be rather defensive towards most people, but those who are close to him still stands a good chance to persuade him. Just use your words wisely.

Mel: Rather diplomatic over each decision. She can stand her ground firmly if the situation calls for it.

Stitches: More difficult in work contexts, a touch tsunly amenable otherwise. Good food works wonders for little allowances.

Eoghan: Very easy to persuade. He gives in to all the puppy eyes and cute gestures without a thought. What's instilling discipline...
- In more difficult subjects he'll look to his fellows for opinion and tends to go with the majority, or what morally feels right in the moment.

Ailbhennis: Easy enough, but stubborn(ly anxious) when it comes to Them being persuaded to do something they think they Can't.

Liam: Adamantly difficult, averse to openly admitting faltering stances. He's more disposed in private, yet will ultimately align with whatever Chivalry™ and Duty™ demand despite personal opinion.

Leith: Acquiescent to superiors. Chivalry™ and Duty™ guide him but personal feelings and tugged heartstrings can have him fence-sitting.

Laverne: Difficult? Attempts an open mind, but biases and self-assurance in his own judgement are Strong. Outwardly he may act convinced when inwardly he isn't, until findings are Proven. Puppy eyes don't work on him.

Rosie: If the sea looks fairer, she's there. If it's just some crewmate being an annoying shit, she's gone

Weedt: Gullible and will go along with whatever sounds fitting! Reserves her petty judgement and spite for Afterwards if burned.
