Oh, Scarecrow, you silly little chestnut!You try so hard to be evil and terrifying but you'll always be an adorable little basketcase in my eyes.
costume is loosely based on Batman: Year One (awesome comic, BTW).

Aw, I guess that's what poor Spookykins gets for modeling himself off a figure that's known for skipping down yellow brick roads in The Wizard of Oz. He tries his best though, he really does... (That isn't to say that trying is good enough though.)
Anyway, I love how incredibly adorable and cutesy you made him in this picture. I've tried my hand at drawing a chibi Scarecrow before and he either turns out looking; A.) retarded, B.) cartoony, or C.) a combination of the both. So I applaud you and your huggable cutesy making Scarecrow talent!
