This is my 3rd and last entry for Hypno Contest, the story behind is this:

We all know Cornelia didn't end up with Caleb, which her best friend Elyon did. So, the two were living happily in the kingdom of Meridian but Cornelia didn't. Corny wasn't the same after Caleb and her broke their relationship. (I cannot think of as to whom is controlling Cornelia using the Hypno Horn and was also not fond of Elyon as the ruler, maybe Phobus/Nerissa/etc) One day the W.I.T.C.H. were invited by Elyon to visit the palace for a celebration, and bitterly Corny also went there. The person was also planning to destroy the palace and Elyon on that day but didn't know as to how he/she would do it. The W.I.T.C.H. arrived and then an idea popped in her/his mind and planned to use Cornelia as the tool for destruction. In the banquet hall Corny composed herself and then a few words from Elyon and Caleb suddenly she snapped and then make a dramatic scene and walked out. The bearer of the horn seized the opportunity and used Corny and her powers to put chaos in the palace, destroying everything and everyone once she use to care for. Darkness totally consumed her even the horn was not being used anymore, as she flees the realm seeing everything crumble her last words pertaining to ElyonxCaleb were "This was supposed to be my once upon a dream." And threw the green power orb towards the palace.
