The one I hate the most are the animation look great but actually not, each frame are slightly diferent, the background done so -so and movement of back up charachter are sonetimes messed up.
Its like they to hurry ro vinish the animation.

yes, that's true! i actually watched the old first 2 episodes, and omg they were so much better...much funnier and with a better design

That's the way they're drawn in the original manga by Naoko Takeuchi. The animation style is meant to be more like the art style of the manga; As is the story meant to be much closer to the manga than the original series was.
Regardless, it's a wonderful picture. Beautifully done just as the rest in your Sailor Fanarts.
