Fandom: You Higuri´s "Cantarella"
Characters: Cesare and Chiaro

A cover done for my current fanfiction project "Engelsgift".
Seeing as I am entirely unhappy with how the manga pans out I set down to write my own version of events from volume 7 onwards and decided to illustrate every chapter of what slowly seems to become a novel length fanfiction. As such, more art along the line will certainly pop up sooner or later, though hopefully of better quality.

The outlines to this were a rather fast affair, not even half an hour, though colouring was a down right torture. All things considered it probably took 6 hours with breaks to finish this. Most annoying were the roses, which had about six different colours before I settled on this hue...which compression aet and dulled to a rather nasty shade XP
Still, for this only being the second picture I ever did on the computer I am rather happy with the outcome.
