The complete armour set(main body plate, shoulder pads/coverings, arm plates, leg plates, waist girdle and shoes) is made using a big sheet of rubber only. Same goes with the runesword.

oh, interesting! That explains the smooth texture! And then to carve it into shape? Where do you get crafting rubber?

Well, to mold it into shape, you just need to really make isometric cuts using a cutter/scissor. Curvatures can be attained via precise folds(while bending the pieces carefully), but still there would be some creases/lines evident.

For me to cover those(and also to polish the crafted rubber plates as well), I brush them using an emulsion paint first as a primer(to make the colors stick to it since rubber acts like a silly sponge sipping all paints)

To make the armor pieces sleek and shiny, I used a clear paint fluid, applying around 2-3 times coating.
