Description
After a massive fire burned down the Brass Tower, Lugia made his new home in the sea, never knowing what happened to his companion Ho-oh. The years passed, and though he longed to be with her, he could never bring himself to leave the waters. Frostbite and her team encounter the lost creature and come to earn his trust. They vow to someday reunite the two legendary birds. Before leaving, Frostbite names him Triton, and gives him his own special silver bandana to symbolize a bond of trust.

My orignal idea was for Frostbite to actually catch Lugia (since I always did in the Silver game) but now I like the idea of her simply earning his trust.
