This could be one of any number of au's where All Might met the Midoriya family early. (And I've seen a good handful of those, very adorable.)

For example, it could be a story where Toshinori is the kind man at the park who befriends Inko over shared experiences. After all, his best friend's daughter is also quirkless, albeit growing up in a far more tolerant environment. And he was quirkless. So he understands their struggles better than most. Inko probably doesn't know he's All Might in this one, and you can set that up with all the romcom drama (or lampshading of romcom drama) that you want.

Or it could be a scenario where Toshinori is Izuku's stepdad, trying to get used to having a family and being super awkward about it while also being juuuust a little paranoid about their safety. (Au's aside, I know Hisashi is theoretically alive, but I'll be honest, I've had my doubts. Story tropes would suggest if he is alive, he might not last long)

Maybe it's a version where All Might saved Inko once and accidentally ended up with a crush on her that he doesn't know how to tell her about. Especially since her little boy keeps almost hyperventilating when he visits.

I have my own story to go with this piece, of course, but I'll leave it up to your interpretation!
