I realized that I used a strange cifer encoder. Sorry for that.
In a binary code, blocks consist of 8 values.
Encoder that I used make 6 to 7 values, although I found a decoder (maybe it was that i used to encode) which ignore that rule.
I will only say that to get the correct decryption without special decoder you need to add zeros in front of the each block until the number of values is 8.
After that it must decode it. Finally you must got a message without any random letters or numbers.
