Description
*encrypted message inside*because of strange encoder that i used this message was incorrectly encrypted .
but i know what is wrong. to decode please read my commentary below.

I realized that I used a strange cifer encoder. Sorry for that.
In a binary code, blocks consist of 8 values.
Encoder that I used make 6 to 7 values, although I found a decoder (maybe it was that i used to encode) which ignore that rule.
I will only say that to get the correct decryption without special decoder you need to add zeros in front of the each block until the number of values is 8.
After that it must decode it. Finally you must got a message without any random letters or numbers.

I'm not giving it out so I don't spoil it.
I would've recommended base64 since it would've looked like random numbers and letters... but then it wouldn't be binary. :/

I didn't get random numbers and letters, it was a question.
As I was decoding it I noticed bits were missing so I added zeros to the left of the number to get to 8 bits then I converted it to hexidecimal in a hex editor to read the message. The spacing was really helpful.
