i have to say, the manga is WAY better than the anime. the anime barely even gets into the actual plot of the story

The OVAs follow the manga pretty faithfully but the anime takes quite a few liberties with plot and such. Millennium doesn't even appear in the anime.

Not my video, but I still agree with the title (this is from the OVAs)

thanks ill be sure to watch them, i haven't seen the OVA's myself but i know the original series doesn't follow the whole plot of the millennium and the Nazis coming back at all. the entire plot of the story id pretty much steered away. not sure why with as much action there is in it, i felt that the people would like it but *shrugs* maybe they see different,

The Anime even introduces a whole new villain for the final parts of the story, some B-list vampire called Incognito .

I like the OVAs myself, they're pretty much the manga volumes in animated form.

I've actually only read the manga myself.

I've also seen a few OVA clips on YouTube, but that's it.
