Description
It was a dark stormy day in Zephyrs lands... clouds swirled around Zephyrs castle and the winds howled. In the castle, a evil tigress named Reela was starting to wake up.

She was snuggled next to Zephyr, purring slightly and wrapping his cape around her as a blanket, since his cape was big enough to be used as one. She moaned quietly in pleasure as she felt the satin cape drape against her fur softly and she purred and nuzzled Zephyr a little more, the one thing she loved even more than the most powerful winds in the lands was her mate Zephyr.

She then decided that it would be nice to get up and practice a storm spell or two, so she slowly got up from Zephyr and his wonderful cloaked embrace and went to the big wardrobe that was in the room, her satin night robes flowed in the slight wind that blew through the room, billowing the satin and velvet drapes around her. Lightning and thunder lit up and shook the window and the winds whistled and howled...

"Soon my beautiful winds... soon" she purred evilly as the drapes and her night robes flowed around her. It was almost as if the wind was luring her outside.

She chuckled evilly and her eyes glowed, she gave her night robes a swirl and then started to look through the wardrobe for a suitable cape and robe to wear. She loved the feeling of her long black silly hair and her long draping cape and robes billowing and flapping wildly around her in a storm. Something about strong winds and her cape, robes, and her hair seemed to comfort her as well as give her pleasure, so much that she becomes obsessed and only wants the winds to blow harder and stronger and for her cape and robes and her silky hair to only billow and flap harder.

She then found a perfect cape and robe. A long draping satin cape and robe that were black as the night and soft as a cloud, made out of the most silky of satins in Zephyrs lands. The robes were actually two layers, one layer was a small cape attached to the robe and the second layer was the robe itself. The sleeves were massive, so big that they draped against the floor, but left enough room for her paws to slide out of the ends and not be covered, The massive cape would put over the robe after she put it on.

"Oh this is so beautiful!" She exclaimed quietly, as she softly felt the satin in between her paws, she bunched up a bit of the robe and nuzzled it with her face.

"Mmmm... so wonderful! So soft..." she purred in pleasure.

She took off her night robe and put it away nice and neat. She then took the massive robe and draped it onto her shoulders and put her arms through the massive satin sleeves and clasped it firmly around her neck, the slight winds billowing it slightly. It was then time for her to put on the cape, she just simply draped it on her shoulders and then clasped it firmly around her neck as well.

The winds outside were slowly getting stronger, billowing the drapes in the room as well as the massive satin cape and robe harder. Reela purred in delight.

"Yes my stormy dark powerful winds... I'm coming... I'm coming. Your mistress is coming..." she said as she slyly with a evil chuckle and a swirl of her beautiful satin outfit.

She quickly brushed her hair and then quickly headed out of the room, her cape and robes flowing behind her beautifully. She quickly made her way to the massive front doors of the castle, the wind was getting stronger to were the castle doors were rattling and shaking. It was all so much for the tigress, she was shaking with excitement.

"My powerful winds... pleasure your mistress and show me your true powers! BLOW my winds... BLOW upon to thee!" She said as she thew open the massive castle doors.

The winds blew into her, billowing her cape and robes as if to obey her command. The cape and robe ballooned, billowed, flapped, and snapped wildly around her, she laughed and cackled in pleasure, but this would not be it for her. She hurried outside and then hurried up to a staircase leading up to the top of a huge massive hill. She knew were she was going, she was going to go up to Zephyrs shrine where she would be able to command and summon the winds to blow harder.

However... there was a problem... she did not know how to use storm magic. She was still learning. As she made her way up the staircase, leaves blew around and lightning and thunder raged all around her, but the most amazing part of it all was the wind.

The winds kept growing stronger, she held onto the sides of her billowing satin cape and robes, the winds trying hard and tugging against them, but she did not mind this, she actually enjoyed it! She pulled back on her cape and robes as if trying to fight against the gusts and laughed and purred in delight and pleasure. She cackled and laughed evilly and crazier.

"AHAHAHAHAAAHAHA! Yes! YES MY WINDS! Blow into your mistress and show her your power!" She laughed as lighting roared through the skies.

As she said this, she noticed a shape in the clouds, a swirling funnel shape, but not just one, but THREE! A set of tornadoes were starting to form at the top of the shrine!

"Oh I must hurry! This is too wonderful!" She clapped her paws in delight.

The climb became much steeper as she made her way up to the shrine, her cape, robes, and hair flowing and billowing in all directions as she grasped and grabbed onto edges of the side of the hill. Every grab became harder as she got closer to the top and she grunted and purred in pleasure as the winds blew her cape and robes in all directions.

"YES! Blow I say! BLOW!" She yelled as she nearly slipped and lost her grip on the side as a massive gust tugged her cape, robe, and hair, hard, she only laughed evilly harder at this.

She finally made it to the top, not even tired, she crouched on all fours first to make sure she was fully on the shrine, her cape and robes blew and billowed up, revealing her backside and tail. And then she slowly crawled onto it and started to stand up, the winds nearly pushing her back, her robe and cape and hair billowed up for a moment and she held them down as the winds tugged on them as laughed in pleasure.

"Yes my winds... your mistress is here..." she said as she slowly raised her arms, spreading her massive billowing satin robes and cape, revealing her beautiful tigress figure. She tilted her head back and just let the punishing winds flow against her fur, cape, robes, and hair... she then began to chant and cackle and laugh and purr in absolute pleasure.

"WINDS! BLOW to thee across the lands and upon your mistress! BLOW I SAY!" She then bowed down and stood back up on the shrine. "I COMMAND THEE! BLOW!!!" She did it once more. "BLOW! Blow!!! BLOOOOWWWWW!!!" She raised her arms as high as she could and spread her billowing satin cape and robes as high as she could, and the winds began to swirl and blow the three tornadoes down to her, she let out the most amazing roar that seemed to echo across the lands and her eyes glowed bright. She kept her cape and robes spread and her figure exposed so she could feel every bit of the winds power. The tornadoes were then spinning and swirling every bit of her hair, cape, robes, and fur all around her as she roared and laughed and nuzzled her billowing and flapping cape, robes, fur (on her neck), and hair in pleasure.

"YES MY WINDS! YES!!! BLOW! Blow my winds! Ahaha! Yes!!! HARDER MY WINDS, harder! BLOW UPON THEE! SO MUCH POWER!!!!" She laughed and laughed and laughed in ecstasy as the winds and tornadoes around her only got closer and stronger...

A little something for Lord Zeyphr after he wrote this story here. He asked specifically to make the picture colored, and I have to say it feels good to give color once again to my drawings.
