**** What manner of dragon are you, who eats trees and belches smog instead of fire?****

This picture has a story to it. The machine was brought in by man to remove the forest in order to build upon the land. The unicorn, who is the guardian of the forest, decided that on a rainy evening, after all of the workers had gone home, he would confront the beast who invaded his territory. However, what the unicorn doesn't realize is that the digger is not a dragon and that it is unable to answer his questions.

[[ Yes I own and have read Enchantress from the stars, yes I love that book and yes this was the inspiration for this image. ]]

Thank you to the stock providers! I'm still looking for constructive criticism. I know I still have to work on blending and shadows but what else do I need to work on that I haven't noticed? (I don't own a tablet so drawing bits in gets a little rough)

The large smoke stack looks a bit off, as well as where the cable meets the machine. The scales look good on the arm, well done there. The machine looks like it belongs there, but the unicorn seems to float off the background. I'd suggest putting a top layer over it of the same background and mask out what foliage wouldn't be over the hooves.

The backhoe does blend in really well, as if it were actually part of the photograph.
