I know I said I was trying to cut back on the number of oc's that I make, but in my defense, I've had a character named October sitting in the back of my mind for a really long time and only just now figured out a design that I thought was worthy of the character.

And thus, here he is. my new son.

Gender: male; uses he/him pronouns
species: eastern dragon mix

Personality: Very easygoing. Loves music more than life and loves to paint. Takes pictures of EVERYTHING. A free spirit that wants to see as much of the world as possible. likes to listen to stories and watch movies. Tries to avoid conflict as much as possible but is not afraid to stand up for himself or others when the situation calls for it. He isn't violent, but likes to roughhouse and spar with peers. He loves cold weather, as well as rain and storms. While he likes dressing up for all sorts of occasions, he really hates Halloween.

History: nothing concrete

Design notes: the round object he has with him is very important and is always somewhere near him (can't be drawn without it). It looks like a pearl but is actually an opal. The light part of his mane is opalescent and reflects different colors like a rainbow. However, due to its pale base color, it usually appears white or light gray. His eyes are the same and actually reflect several colors despite appearing mostly pale gray. The color swatches in the upper right corner are colors that might appear, but these are mostly suggestions and others can be used.
