There is a celebration every year, a wonderful and cheerful day when everybody's happy, commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of independence on July 4th, 1776.Celebrating Freedom and liberty. How they got independent from Great Britain. The national day of the United States.
This is Arthur, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The blindfold being pulled, creating pressure and the blood, represents the pain and desperation of fighting and losing. Seeing your beautiful child, your colony, your other half, getting far away because of yourself, and how it STILL HURTS no matter how much time passes.
Every year the pain repeats, like remembering that rough day, when a part of you disappeared. Being more specific, that word that hurts. Independent. That means something bad every time.

This is sad, it made me cry.....I've seen characters like that before (with the thing over there eyes.) I always wondered why it was there, now I know....I wish I didn't....poor England. I think my feels are broken now. I'm sorry....I don't feel good right now...

hhh... maybe I'm being overly patriotic here lmao (I'm really not that 'patriotic') but let's not forget England was pretty much like an abusive brother-figure to America,, not to mention so many other fledgling lands he colonized and mistreated. idk. it's so hard to have sympathy for him imo. xP
