Nice fan art you got here. Of course I assume this as a fan art because forgive me, I never heard of a character named Kasumi in Akatsuki before. In fact, if you add two purple stripes to the cheeks, it will look like Rin! Well done with the colours and especially the chakra ball. Keep up the good work!

It may be a little hard to notice at first, but once you zoom in you can see all the tiny ice particles. I just use some random stuff on Paint.Net or Paint Tool Sai and call it ice.
