i checked a bit - how did you make a mold to pour in the urethane in? and which material did you use? also i assume you put the metal piece in the urethane while it is drying?ย

I've attached the leather pieces to a metal plaque behind the resin piece

i ended up not making it accurate... but all my buckles are focntional
Plus i can use the pouches and the belt for other costumes as well

Hi
Basically we sculpted the plate in plastiline, then we made a silicon mould and cast the plate in resin.
glued the plate to a metal base (to attach leather strings and apply strenght without breacking the resin plate) and then we made all the leather work.
