Undertale begins with Chara/Frisk waking up from the fall...
Gaster and Uboa similarities hard to ignore...
Both protagonists keep their eyes closed...

Also according to Asriel, Chara strongly hated humanity.
Madotsuki isolates herself in her room, possibly to avoid humans.

Also, I imagine Flowey has both Asriel and Chara in him as dissociative disorder or schizophrenia. In a little story idea of mine, he manages to separate and assert his personality for the both of them to ultimately die.

Crossing over more, I imagine Asriel reincarnates as Arthur the Mimiga from Cave Story.

OMFG. Yes!!

Especially about the Cavestory thing... The boss monsters in Undertale look so much like Mimiga, especially considering they (at the time of the story) both live kind of underground??? Not to mention the previous war between Mimiga/Monsters and Humans/Robots... I could totally see that, Asriel being Arthur.
