I like the framing of this photo, as well as the candid vibe (even if it's actually a posed photo, the feeling of candidness is what matters here).
The only suggestion I have, and I probably say this about a lot of photos, is that a great photo does not necessarily make great art, so I think it's important to keep in mind as a photographer - am I saying something here that hasn't been said a hundred thousand times? On a page full of photos, would this one stand out to me as something special?
That said, I do like this as a piece of art, more than I like most photos on this site, so keep up the good work.
