I, too thought this was the Eiffel tower, and was wondering why nobody had told you off (apparently you can't take photos - professional or amateur of it at night, as it's copyrighted).

Great perspective and lighting, I like the contrast of the tower filled with lights against the dark sky However, there seems to be some noise in the image, maybe consider that next time. Anyways, great job on the picture!
