I've been wanting to draw a creature of sorts for a while, and I noticed I hadn't tried drawing SCP-860-2 yet, so I decided to try and do so. I think it turned out pretty well with the rough details and lighting. I don't often do backgrounds like this, but with the minimal details, it looks good. I also decided to put the Lost Agent in the background as well, I haven't personally seen her in the game myself, but it's a cool little creepy addition.
