fullview for full agony.this tree nearly killed me, but I am damnedly proud of it.
i edited it after i scanned it, just a bit because i'm not a fan of how my scanner does white space.

So much detail! It's nicely stylised, though: this would look great as part of an illustration.
Roughly how long did it take you to draw all the tiny little leaves?

the leaves themselves....3 school days of work during class, maybe 8-10 hours total? i did a huge section of them at home, though

if by taking the work seriously, you mean having a near-obsessive drive to finish it as soon as possible - absolutely.
it's a lovely tree and i want the world to see it.

I'm sure someone out there has a book that could do with a tree. I'd be thrilled to use something like this as an illustration myself, but don't currently have a story that would do it justice.
