I love that you used the topic Pareidolia for this photograph and indeed, you've hit the nail on the head. After reading the photograph's title "Watching You" and realizing that the windows create a pair of eyes, it was more than clear what you'd like to express. Chapeau!
That's the reason, why I rated the vision with five stars. Moreover, I deeply love the way how you've managed to give to photograph depth. The use of reflections in the windows show that very well. Additionally, it is great how you've maden use of the rule of thirds in combination with color usage. In this way, you've not merely limited the rule of thirds to the plain geometrical arrangement of elements, you've even used only three main color: Blue, orange and beige. Good eye!
Consequently, it influences the photograph's impact very positively. Nice and harmonic structures, a good clarity and horizontal straight lines, underline the positve impact. Apart from that, the windows's reflections show very well, that the opposite building has a different architecture. It seems, as if it's much older. The windows seem to have wooden frames. It makes me curious to see more of that building.
In that context, the topic Pareidolia is very well chosen of you. As you can get from my critique already, theres a lot of speculation about the windows's reflection which shows very well, that it depends a lot about the point of view what you see and what you won't see.
All in all, I love that photograph. The only point of improvement I see, would be the parallelism of vertical lines. If you improve the vertical perspective distortion this photograph will be far beyond from good. It'll be outstanding!
